Overview
Easily record, share, and listen to meaningful stories. A QuickTale is a short audio story attached to a photo about a person, place, thing or captured moment.
Listen: hear meaningful short stories about what is right in front of you. Tell: record your own stories as easily as leaving a voicemail. Share: post your QuickTales to family and friends in private groups, or to everyone publicly.
The challenge
Short audio stories attached to a photo are only worth sharing if recording, posting and discovering them feels effortless, and the app must stay fast as more people use it.
My approach
I built the cross-platform app with React Native and Firebase: audio creation, sharing in private groups or publicly, and location-based discovery. Cloud Firestore gives real-time interactions at scale, and CleverTap, AddSearch, Google Maps and Amplitude cover engagement, search and analytics.

- Empowered users to share unique audio experiences and discover location-based content.
