Overview

Akovi is your life's filing cabinet: a mobile and web app to digitize, organize, share and e-sign all your personal documents, 24/7.

The challenge

Personal and business documents are scattered across paper, notebooks, email and chat. That makes them hard to find and risky to share, and chasing missing files and signatures slows everyone down. The product needed to keep documents secure, searchable and organized while making sharing, task handoffs and signing simple.

My approach

I built the Akovi mobile experience in React Native as a single codebase for iOS and Android. It is organized around workspaces with custom folders, controlled sharing, task checklists, reminders and e-signatures. [Describe your architecture, state management and backend integration.]
